Can you fire Duncan Envision low fire glaze to cone 5 on white stoneware?
No, I think that may be too big of a range.
I searched and found that the glaze is to be fired to Cone 06
You might do a test tile and see what happens but I would not try it on anything I valued with out doing the test tile first.
Edit: You can make test tiles both ways. When the clay base is vitrified in the higher fire it becomes less absorbent for the glaze. This may be alright. The safest way is to do a test piece.
