How Long Does it Takes To Develop Atherosclerosis? At What Age Does it Starts to Show up?
I'm 19 years old and since I read about plaque build up of fat in the veins I'm now more aware of what I put of my mouth but since I'm overweight, always have been, I'm a bit concern now. I have normal cholesterol, no diabetes, and no heart problems but lately I feel like my blood pressure goes up for no reason. I exercise sometimes and eat 1 my fruit and 2 vegetable once a day.Any advice? thanks people.
