is it natural when you touch the inside of your penis and it burn or is it because im not sercumsize if thats not the case was wrong
You just have not touched under the skin often enough. Try pulling back the skin and letting the shower spray on it. You can also touch it with a finger well lubed up with water-based lube. The more you touch it, the better it will feel until all the feelings are pleasure, not pain.

I doubt very much if you have an infection unless you used to be able to touch it without pain and this has suddenly happened.
