How do I remove vinyl silk paint from plaster?
We have just moved into a house where the previous occupants painted shocking pink vinyl silk paint straight onto bare plaster. Because the plaster was not properly prepared the paint is not adhering properly and has bubbled and peeled in lots of places so needs to come off and can't just be painted over. Does anyone have any good tips about the best way to do this? thanks alot
if it is already peeling off, just steam strip it off, sand it lightly. if you paint it again put a matt colour paint. i agree with marcus.
