HP Computer on/off switch cover broken, how to rig a repair?
The blue lighted switch cover has broken and been removed. The PC is still operational by poking finger into hole onto pressure switch end. Surely some clever technician has come up with a repair fitting that can be attached to the outside of the front casing, maybe even HP may market an item?

i would suggest getting a retractive toggle switch, you can drill a hole in a suitable place on you pc side cover, extend the wires from your on/off switch to the new toggle switch, such places as RS(RADIO SPARES WOULD KEEP THESE SWITCHES), retractive means the switch returns to its original position after you have pushed it down. just like the one on the pc
